Course Details

My beginners course is for anyone that’s new to yoga. If you would like to learn the basics, become more flexible, and gain the confidence to attend a yoga class (or to adopt your own practice at home), then this course is for you.

Over the four weeks of enrolment you will receive 8 yoga classes. Throughout these sessions I will demonstrate and guide you through where to put your hands and feet. From the comfort of your own home I will help you to learn all of the basic postures such as; downward facing dog, low lunges, high lunges, warrior 2.

Each week we will build on what we have learnt in the previous session whilst introducing new postures. The courses is designed to help you feel more confident in starting out a yoga practice, whilst building strength, flexibility and supporting your mobility.

On completion of the complete beginners course you will then have the opportunity to continue building on the foundational postures with a follow on course (Level One)
