These yummy flows are slow and steady, mostly seated postures which are around 25-30 minutes in total. The classes are short enough to fit into your morning routine, and long enough to feel a good stretch. Slow and Stretchy sessions are intended to support you with a morning practice, however you can do them at any time in the day!

Meditations

The guided meditations are around 10 minutes. Each meditation has a slightly different theme and offers a space for you to sit (or lay) in stillness. The intention behind the meditations is to offer you a space to begin your meditation practice. Especially for those that are new to meditation and enjoy something guided instead of sitting in complete silence.

Workbook with Journal prompts

The workbook is an additional resource which you can use as journal prompts. The intention is to use the prompts to support a healthy mindset and clarify any thoughts and emotions that may be taking up some headspace.
