The Slow and Stretchy course includes some yummy slow and steady yoga classes, most of which include mainly. seated postures The flows are around 25-30 minutes in total. The classes are short enough to fit into your morning routine, and long enough to feel a good stretch. Slow and Stretchy sessions are intended to support you with a morning practice, however you can do them at any time in the day! Along with the yoga classes you also have access to the 10 minute meditations, each with a different theme. These meditations are intended for you to do in the morning but you can access them at any time on your membership. Take a look at the example page to read more about the included resources.

The Beginners yoga course is intended for you to do over 4 weeks. However, with the subscription plan you have the chance to complete the beginners programme at your own pace. Each session will introduce postures such as down dog, low lunges, warrior 2 / 3 and so on. There are 8 classes included in the complete beginner course. Each session is around 40 minutes and is a pre recorded class on the members area for you to access.
