This beginners course is for anyone that’s new to yoga. If you would like to learn the basics, become more flexible, gain strength and mobility then this course is for you. This course will allow you to feel more confident attending a yoga studio as a beginner or simply get you started with your own practice at home.

Over the four weeks of enrolment you will receive 8 yoga classes. Throughout these sessions I will demonstrate and guide you through where to put your hands and feet. From the comfort of your own home I will help you to learn all of the basic postures such as; downward facing dog, low lunges, high lunges, warrior 2.

Each week we will build on what we have learnt in the previous session whilst introducing new postures. On completion of the complete beginners course you will then have the opportunity to continue building on the foundational postures with a follow on course (Level One Week 1-4).
