Journey To Splits

This splits course starts on Sunday! The course is for all levels. Whether you’re wanting to improve your hamstring and hip flexor strength and flexibility or to start getting into your full splits then this course is for you.

Over the four weeks of enrolment you will receive 12 videos. Throughout these sessions I will demonstrate and guide you through the different drills in order to improve strength and flexibility in this area - all from the comfort of your own home.

The sessions start with week one classes at a duration of 10 minutes. This is to support you with your consistency and building a habit of getting onto your mat 3 times a week. Each week will then increase by 5 minutes (week two - 15 minutes, week three - 20 minutes and week four - 25 minutes)

When you have completed the week you will be encouraged to take check-in photos to monitor your progress along the way.
