Level One (Week 1-4)

Level One is suitable for those that have either completed the beginner programme or for those that have already done a little bit of yoga previously. From level one onwards we continue to focus on a dynamic vinyasa yoga practice introducing new postures whilst building strength and stamina. In this programme you will be introduced to your first arm balance. The classes are meant to challenge you in order to continue progressing.
