The Slow and Stretchy course includes some yummy slow and steady yoga classes, most of which include mainly seated postures The flows are around 25-30 minutes in total. The classes are short enough to fit into your morning routine, and long enough to feel a good stretch. Slow and Stretchy sessions are intended to support you with a morning practice, however you can do them at any time in the day! Along with the yoga classes you also have access to the 10 minute meditations, each with a different theme. These meditations are intended for you to do in the morning but you can access them at any time. Included in this programme are also weekly resources including journaling prompts, positive affirmations and accountability checklists.
